You can control certain device permissions in system settings, and you (or your organization's administrator) can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your operator account.
On iPhone, open Settings → BistroVending Operator (or Settings → Privacy & Security) and manage:
If you turn a permission off, related features (for example machine Bluetooth setup, barcode scan, product photo/video, or nearby-device display) may stop working until you turn it back on.
If you want us to limit analytics associated with your account where feasible, email privacy@bistroboxvend.com with your account email and request. Some analytics or logs may still be needed for security, fraud prevention, or basic service operation.

Operators may ask their back-office administrator to assist with deleting an account or related personal data when the account is managed by your organization.
We may verify identity and organizational authority. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless law requires otherwise.
